Associació Esportiva La Mitja organizes the 15th edition of El Tast de la Mitja

The celebration date will be Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 10:30 a.m..

Start: Passeig de la Garriga. At 10:30 am.

Finish: Passeig de la Ribera, 111. Canovelles. In front of KH-7

The distance is 10 kilometers. Officially certified by the Catalan Athletics Federation

The following categories are established:
• Female: trophies for the first 3
• Male: trophies for the top 3

Race open to everyone who is over 16 years old on the day of the race and who accepts and respects both the distance and the regulations and is correctly registered. Minors must present the authorization of one of their parents or guardians

Price: From €18 for runners registered with a yellow chip; €20 for runners registered with a virtual yellow chip; €22 for registered runners with rental chip.

Registration deadline: From May 3 to October 26 or when 1,500 registrants are reached.

• Once the registration has been accepted, the amount will not be refunded.
• Registration for the race is personal and non-transferable.
• No registration will be valid without the proof issued by the organization, regardless of the means used to make it.

• Friday, October 30 (from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.) at the Granollers Athletic Tracks gym (Carrer Camp de les Moreres, s/n)

• Saturday, October 31 (from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.) upon arrival Passeig de la Ribera, 111. Canovelles. In front of KH-7.

Refreshment stations: At kilometer five and at the finish line
Bag storage: Bag storage will be available at the finish.
Renfe service: All Tast registrants will be able to have a ticket that will allow them to exchange for a return ticket from any point of the Barcelona suburban service, with ticket sales, to Granollers Centre, les Franqueses and la Garriga stations.
Bus Service: Bus service from the arrival (Passeig de la Ribera, 111. Canovelles. In front of KH-7) to the departure point of La Garriga (Passeig de la Garriga). Price: €5

To be able to take part in the race and choose to qualify, it is mandatory to run with the number provided by the organization. All participants must wear the number in the place determined by the organization. The runner who does not wear it or who wears it in the wrong place, will be disqualified.

The official classifications of the runners are the sole responsibility of the organization and the Committee of Judges of the Catalan Athletics Federation. The official classifications can be consulted at: eltast.lamitja.cat.

To the first 3 men and women. Prizes will not be cumulative.

The maximum time to complete the route will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Any challenge regarding the classification, categories, etc., will be solely the responsibility of the organization, and therefore claims will be submitted in writing and within 30 minutes after the results have been made official. To make any claim, an amount of €30 must be paid as a deposit, which will be returned if the claim is accepted. The decision taken will be final.

The organization is not responsible for accidents or other damages that participation in the race may cause to those registered, before, during or after it. However, the organization will have a health service for possible emergencies.

The organizers of the race and the medical service of the competition are authorized to withdraw during the test the following athletes:
· Those who show a bad physical condition.
· Those who do not complete the route.
· Those who do not wear a number or do not wear it in the place designated by the organization.
· Those who bend or manipulate the number advertising.
· Those who display unsportsmanlike behaviour, before, during and after the race.

Bicycles, wheeled and/or motorized vehicles may not circulate within the race circuit during the test.
Only vehicles specifically designated and accredited by the organization will be authorized to follow the race.

The mere fact of registering with El Tast de la Mitja expressly authorizes the organization and its sponsors to use, free of charge, still and/or moving images of you taken during your participation in the said race. These images may appear in all types of graphic support, as well as in promotional or advertising materials, produced and disseminated throughout the world and for the maximum period established by the legislation, regulations and treaties in force, including the possible extension once the planned period has ended.

The organization is not responsible for accidents or other damages that the participation or the race may cause to the registrants, before, during or after it. The participant, at the time of his registration, states that he is physically fit for the event. However, the organization will have a health service for possible emergencies.

All participants, by signing up, accept these regulations and in case of doubt or if any situation arises that is not reflected in the regulations, what is provided by the Organizing Committee will apply.
The signature of the participants' registration (and the registration itself, in the case of the Internet), implies having read, understood and acquired the commitment set out below:
I certify that I am in good physical condition. I waive any responsibility that may arise from participation in the event, such as loss of personal items due to theft or other circumstances, to the Associació Esportiva La Mitja, the sponsors or commercial sponsors, managers, employees, company organizing the event and other organizers.
I waive any legal action that may arise from participation in the event. I authorize the organizers of the event to record all or part of my participation in the event through photographs, films, television, radio, video and any other media known or to be known and I cede all rights related to their commercial and advertising exploitation that they consider appropriate to exercise, without my right to receive any financial compensation.
In the case of minors under 18 years of age, they must present the appropriate parental authorization.
Registration for the race is personal and non-transferable. Refunds of the registration fee will not be accepted for any reason.
The organization will not assume any responsibility if the event is suspended or postponed due to force majeure.

As established by the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 of the European Parliament and Council, we inform you that the data included in this form will be incorporated into a file owned by Associació Esportiva La Mitja for the purpose of processing this registration request and preserving the confidentiality of your data at all times. 
Responsible: Associació Esportiva La Mitja
Purpose: Management of web services, as well as the management of data and results of sports activity and user loyalty to manage their participation in the event. During the sporting events, images of the participants may be taken, by sending this form, the participant authorizes Associació Esportiva La Mitja to use their image in publications and social networks belonging to the company, press, editions and any other media for an unlimited period of time.
Legitimation: User consent and contractual relationship.
Recipients: Service provider companies of the Associació Esportiva La Mitja ASSOCIATION.
